The readiness test

Before we commit, we test workload stability, data export, licences, networks, uptime, skills, support, backup, and recovery. Private systems still need daily care.

A staged migration

The plan sets out the base, pilot workload, data move, checks, cutover, rollback, and cloud closure. Each stage has an owner and a safety check.
