Onsite project work
Office relocations, server room cleanups, end-of-life hardware decommissioning. Project-managed and documented, not improvised on the day.
Scheduled maintenance
Quarterly site visits for managed clients. Preventative checks on UPS, switches, racks, and physical security — caught before they fail at 3am.
User support visits
Sometimes a remote session isn't enough. We come to you for VIP onboarding, sensitive troubleshooting, and training where remote tools fall short.
